Marianela’s Biography

Marianela is an Argentine-American entertainment and sports host/reporter and actress. She has gained acclaim as the host of Fuse TV's Daily Download show and NBC's Poker After Dark.

Marianela's composed and playful presence on the Daily Download and Poker After Dark has led to such plum gigs as hosting the Grammy's for Access Hollywood on NBC and as a featured panelist on CNN's Showbiz Tonight. She was also the co-host (with Mario Lopez) of MTV's Top Pop Group.

In her role as host of Fuse TV's Daily Download she has interviewed some of the bigggest names in music including; 50 Cent, Usher, Beyonce, Kanye West, Gwen Stefani, Metallica, Eminem and The Cure. She has also appeared as a principal on ER and as a guest star on Half and Half on the UPN. Marianela has been the Host of LAPT on ESPN and of two TV Pilots; The Marianela Show and The Mating Game.

In addition to her TV work she has been featured in many magazines, including Ellegirl, Jane, Popstar, Billboard, FHM, Maxim, Latina, Inside TV, US Weekly and EW. She writes a monthly column in CosmoGirl.
